Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Aufgaben

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates on product knowledge and engagement on the floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring it is clean and compliant with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies to prevent loss.
• Maintain a professional attitude and enthusiastic environment aligned with MINISO USA's customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events to support business objectives.
