Job summary

MINISO USA in Michigan is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role supports KPI achievement, store standards, merchandising, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.

You will promote the store's memberships, drive sales on the floor and at the register, and help maintain a positive, energetic environment for both customers and the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement on floor and at register.
• Help support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure recovery and cleanliness per safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and elevate issues when necessary.
• Support Loss Prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain professional attitude aligned with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events to support business objectives.
