Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations and training.
• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Handle cash, open/close procedures, and front-end tasks.
• Maintain store appearance and implement merchandising updates.
• Process transactions accurately at the register with POS.
• Promote the store’s membership program to foster loyalty.
• Support loss prevention and uphold company policies.
