Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in Michigan to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help maintain store standards, handle cashiering, merchandising, and cash management while promoting the store’s membership program to foster loyalty.

You will lead by example to achieve KPI goals, train staff, manage POS transactions, and participate in promotions to support store objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader, preferably in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet KPI goals and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, manage stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to the Store Manager when needed.
