Job summary

MINISO is seeking a Shift Leader in Loveland, CO to assist the Store Manager with daily operations and staff training. You will drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and support merchandising, cash handling, and opening/closing duties.

You’ll lead by example, develop associates, and promote MINISO’s membership program to build loyalty while maintaining store standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations and training of associates.
• Lead by example to drive sales and achieve KPI goals.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and ensure customer engagement on the floor and at the register.
• Open and close the store, maintain cleanliness, and assist with replenishment and merchandising.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to store policies to prevent loss.
• Promote the store's membership program to foster customer loyalty.
