Job summary

MINISO USA in Toledo, OH is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, oversee cash handling, merchandising, opening/closing, and promote the store’s membership program to build loyalty.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, supervise staff, resolve customer concerns, and ensure safety and loss prevention compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and engage customers on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge.
• Assist with replenishment, fronting, and merchandising tasks.
• Open and close the store; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Process transactions accurately on POS systems.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
