Job summary

MINISO USA in Ohio seeks a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, train associates, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will handle cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash handling, and shipment processing while promoting the store's membership program to build customer loyalty.

The role requires strong leadership, multitasking in a fast-paced setting, basic POS knowledge, and willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train associates on product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement visual updates.
• Open/close the store and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and policy adherence.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm aligned with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS.
• Participate in promotions and store events.
