Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, manage cash handling, and support merchandising, opening/closing, and store upkeep.

You will also promote the store’s membership program to foster loyalty and lead by example on the sales floor and at the register. Retail experience and POS familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership and frontline supervision experience in retail.
• Strong customer engagement, communication, and problem solving.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels, implement visual merchandising.
• Open and close the store, ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain a positive, energetic environment aligned with MINISO USA’s commitment.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events to meet business goals.
