MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager in daily operations, train associates, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, manage cash, merchandising, and open/close duties while promoting the store's membership program to build loyalty.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, ensure strong product knowledge, and maintain a positive, energetic environment that reflects MINISO USA’s customer commitment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet KPIs, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure safety and operational procedures are followed.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally or escalate to the Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies.
