Job summary

MINISO USA in Laredo, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will help meet KPIs, assist with opening/closing, merchandising, cash handling, and promote the store’s membership program to foster customer loyalty, creating a positive, energetic environment that drives success and memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Leadership, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills required.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Assist Store Manager in training sales associates and ensuring product knowledge.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close procedures and ensure store safety and compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and elevate to Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention efforts and adhere to company policies.
• Deliver friendly, energetic service aligned with MINISO USA brand.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and participate in promotions.
