Job summary

Krystal Restaurants is seeking a Shift Leader to support the store management team in daily operations and to role model Krystal’s Core Values. You will help select, train and coach A+ talent to achieve results in People, Customer, Sales and Profit.

The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to company standards, and partnership with the management team to drive customer satisfaction and efficient shift execution.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• ServSafe certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with one (1) or more years restaurant experience.
• Systems & Software - proficient level knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, overnights, & weekends.
• May be required to travel to other locations, e.g. other stores, bank, meetings as business dictates

Responsibilities

• Assist management in training, developing and recognizing A+ talent.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve issues.
• Support restaurant-level plans and marketing initiatives.
• Execute cash, security, inventory, labor and food control procedures during shifts.
• Maintain food safety standards through direct observation during shifts
