Qualifications

• Servsafe certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with restaurant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in daily operations including service, product prep, and quality control.
• Coach and train A+ talent to achieve results in People, Customer, Sales and Profit.
• Drive customer-focused culture and resolve issues to meet service standards.
• Manage cash/security, inventory, and labor controls during shifts.
• Ensure food safety standards through direct observation during operating hours.
