Job summary

Krystal Restaurants is seeking a Shift Leader to support the store management team in daily Krystal restaurant operations, aligning with the Brand Vision and Core Values. The role focuses on training and coaching A+ talent to achieve results in People, Customer, Sales and Profit while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities include enforcing food safety, assisting with cash control and inventory, and driving customer service excellence during shifts, including flexible

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• ServSafe certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with one or more years restaurant experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, overnights & weekends.
• May travel to other locations as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Krystal Core Values while training and recognizing A+ talent.
• Partner with management to execute Performance Management consistently.
• Resolve customer issues and train staff to meet/exceed service standards.
• Coach staff to follow core operational procedures using company systems.
• Ensure food safety standards are met through supervision during shifts.
• Execute restaurant level plans and marketing initiatives as directed.
• Oversee cash control, inventory, and labor during shifts.
