Job summary

Krystal Restaurants LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to support the store management team and daily operations of a Krystal restaurant. You will help train and coach A+ talent to achieve results in People, Customer, Sales and Profit.

The role emphasizes core values, customer service excellence, food safety, and cash/inventory control while collaborating with management on marketing and operations plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Servsafe certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with 1+ year restaurant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, overnights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Krystal Core Values while assisting management in training and recognizing A+ talent.
• Assist management in executing the Performance Management process to ensure staff success.
• Resolve customer issues and train employees to meet or exceed service standards.
• Coach staff to adhere to core operational procedures and use company systems.
• Ensure food safety standards through direct observation during shifts.
• Collaborate with management to implement restaurant level plans and marketing initiatives.
• Manage cash, security, inventory, labor and food control during shifts.
