Job summary

Krystal is seeking a Shift Leader to support the store management team in daily restaurant operations, aligning with the Brand Vision, Mission and Promise. You will help ensure quality food prep, customer service, and financial accountability while modeling Krystal’s core values.

This role focuses on selecting, training and coaching A+ talent to achieve results in People, Customer, Sales and Profit, with a hands-on approach to operations, safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have Servsafe certification.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with restaurant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic systems.
• Able to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in daily operations and ensure standards.
• Model Krystal core values and coach A+ talent for performance.
• Drive customer service excellence and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage cash, inventory, labor and food control during shifts.
