Job summary

Krystal Restaurants Career Center is seeking a Shift Leader to support store operations, guide daily tasks, and uphold Krystal’s Service standards across shifts. This role requires hands-on leadership and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

You will train A+ talent, manage customer issues, and support cash control, inventory, and labor while promoting a safe, friendly dining experience for teams and guests alike.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• ServSafe certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with 1+ years restaurant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, overnights, weekends.
• May travel to other locations as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train A+ talent to achieve People results.
• Model Krystal core values and customer service standards.
• Resolve customer issues and coach staff to service goals.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory, labor, and food control.
