You will help manage daily operations, drive customer service excellence, and ensure compliance with brand standards while working a flexible schedule in a restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Servsafe certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with one or more years restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in selecting, training and coaching A+ talent.
• Support daily operations to meet brand standards.
• Coach employees to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure food safety standards are followed during shifts.
• Assist in cash control, inventory, and labor procedures.
