Responsibilities span food prep, customer service, facilities maintenance and financial accountability, with emphasis on team development and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Servsafe certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred with restaurant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends.
• Must be able to travel to other locations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with daily operations to ensure brand standards across food prep, service, and facilities.
• Coach and train A+ talent to achieve results in People, Customer, Sales and Profit.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and uphold food safety standards during shifts.
• Execute cash, security, inventory, and labor control procedures during shifts.
