Zax LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to manage shift operations, coach team members, and ensure guest satisfaction at our Georgia location. You will assign tasks, monitor performance, and respond to guest concerns while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and adherence to company policies, with flexible hours and opportunities for advancement within the team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-time: 9 to 28 hours per week; Full-time: 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Successful completion of background check.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members to meet company standards.
• Manage shift operations and delegate tasks to staff.
• Resolve guest complaints in a friendly, respectful manner.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards across the shift.
• Monitor inventory and assist with opening/closing duties.
