The role involves coordinating tasks, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring compliance with company policies while fostering a positive team culture and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Part‑time: 9 to 28 hours per week; Full‑time: 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Follows company standards and local laws with regards to employee time punches.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Technological savvy; knowledge of required company software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product, process, and people required to execute a shift.
• Supervise and assign tasks to team members and respond to guest complaints.
• Set shift goals and align processes to achieve them.
• Train and coach team members to meet company standards.
• Communicate shift goals and motivate staff to meet targets.
• Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with guidelines and procedures.
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Receive and reconcile deliveries and maintain daily inventory.
