Job summary

Zaxbys in Georgia seeks a Shift Leader to manage the product, process, and people during a shift. You will supervise team members, assign tasks, respond to guest concerns, set shift goals, and ensure standards are met.

As a leader, you will train and coach staff, maintain safety and quality, handle opening/closing duties, and collaborate with management to drive performance and guest satisfaction across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-time: available to work 9 to 28 hours per week; Full-time: 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Technological savvy; knowledge of required company software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift by managing product, process, and people.
