Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in daily restaurant operations. You will ensure hospitality is outstanding, supervise team members, and help drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be minimum 18 years old.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation and communication with restaurant (phone or email).

Responsibilities

• Take action to ensure hospitality service is outstanding and anticipate guest needs.
• Monitor restaurant operations and staffing levels; correct problems immediately.
• Enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Train and supervise Team Members; provide direction.
• Support efforts to maximize sales and profits and minimize controllable costs.
• Plan, organize, and execute operational routines during your shift.
• Maintain a cooperative relationship with management and fellow team members.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and security policies.
