Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach team members, execute Brand standards, and deliver great guest service. You will support the Restaurant Manager, assign tasks, and ensure smooth shift operations with a focus on food safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in hospitality, strong English communication, and a proven track record of managing daily store operations including cash handling and customer service in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Fluent in English or local language.
• Experience leading teams in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage daily store operations and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members and delegate tasks to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Support Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and standards.
• Ensure Brand standards for food and beverage preparation.
• Communicate priorities and results to staff.
• Oversee safety, security, and profitability policies during shift.
• Handle customer complaints and emergencies, resolve issues quickly.
