Dunkin' is hiring a Shift Leader to coach team members, align shift execution with Brand standards, and support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals. You will oversee food/beverage prep, delegate tasks, and ensure a smooth shift with strong guest service and quick issue resolution.

The role requires leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting, solid communication, and reliability in handling cash and operations.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Experience managing daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling and deposits.

• Coach Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Members and assign tasks.
• Support Restaurant Manager in achieving goals and Brand standards.
• Ensure brand standards in food/beverage preparation during shift.
• Communicate shift priorities and results to team.
• Complete shift deployment plans and delegate tasks.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to staff.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability policies.
• Maintain cash over/short controls and adherence to policies.
• Monitor attendance and adherence to company policies.
• Deliver great guest service and resolve complaints quickly.
