Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and provide clear direction to Team Members.
• Position the team effectively and adjust to business needs.
• Set expectations, delegate responsibilities, and follow up.
• Lead the team with urgency during peak periods.
• Provide friendly, Heartfelt Service and ensure the team does the same.
• Coach Team Members and give feedback in the moment.
• Ensure food quality, accuracy, cleanliness, and Firehouse Subs standards.
• Monitor productivity and adjust labor on shift.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues.
• Complete opening/closing, cash-handling, and shift-management duties.
• Follow and enforce food safety and workplace safety standards.
• Communicate shift information to management.
• Support training and development of Team Members.
