Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a part-time or full-time Shift Leader to support the General Manager in running daily restaurant operations. You will manage shift activities, ensure adherence to health and wage regulations, and lead the team to deliver guest satisfaction while maintaining standards for quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience with restaurant POS and basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Ability to work in a walk-in freezer with temperatures from 40°F to -10°F.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations under GM guidance.
• Ensure compliance with health, wage, and safety regulations.
• Lead staff, hiring, training, and discipline under GM guidance.
• Maintain food cost, labor, and sales targets during shifts.
• Represent Firehouse Subs professionally to guests and colleagues.
