The role requires strong communication, people management, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you will promote a positive work environment, manage scheduling, and monitor labor costs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience managing restaurant teams.
• Must complete Smashburger training program.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of both FOH & BOH employees.
• Promote a fun and positive work environment.
• Lead onboarding and training for new employees.
• Uphold food safety standards and sanitation.
• Ensure guest experience metrics are tracked and improved.
• Follow company cash policies and control costs.
• Schedule staff and manage labor costs.
• Maintain uniform standards and safety logs.
