Job summary

Jersey Mike's Sammamish is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations and deliver the distinctive "Sub Above" guest experience. You will lead by example, ensuring high-quality subs, friendly service, and a positive work environment.

You will coach crew members, support onboarding, and help maintain cleanliness, food safety, and efficiency during busy shifts. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are available to strong performers.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• Ability to coach, train and develop team members

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts, modeling positive leadership and exceptional service
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience and a 'Sub Above' standard
• Prepare fresh subs and ensure quality following Jersey Mike's standards
• Coach and motivate crew members; assist with onboarding and training
• Maintain a clean, organized and food-safe environment; monitor standards
• Manage shift execution including opening/closing duties
• Assist with inventory, product rotation and waste reduction
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
• Support General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations
