Job summary

Jersey Mike's Mukilteo is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations, model positive leadership, and ensure a great guest experience. You will oversee team members during assigned shifts, coach staff, and maintain food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Has prior restaurant, food service, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the team during assigned shifts by setting a positive example and delivering exceptional customer service.
Provide an outstanding guest experience and ensure every guest receives a "Sub Above" experience.
Prepare fresh, high-quality subs and maintain Jersey Mike's standards.
Coach, support, and motivate Crew Members throughout each shift.
Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
