Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff to deliver great customer service.
• Produce high quality food and uphold Jersey Mike’s standards.
• Deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience to customers.
• Handle cash and follow the Training Program.
• Develop others for career growth and enforce policies.
• Participate in local and national marketing initiatives.
• Build sales and maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Lead a crew of 2 to 5 and perform opening/closing tasks.
