Job summary

Jersey Mike's Pasadena is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team at our fast-paced sandwich shop. You will coach staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold Jersey Mike’s high standards for food quality and cleanliness.

As a key holder, you will help open/close, train teammates, and maintain a positive, energetic presence on the floor while delivering an outstanding guest experience in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
• Must have reliable transportation
