Pura Vida Miami is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and maintain a clean, inviting environment.

In this role you will supervise shifts, schedule team members, monitor attendance, enforce health and safety standards, and work with the General Manager to uphold policies and drive service excellence. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and close the restaurant as needed are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service in a hospitality environment.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience in a hospitality environment.
• Local/municipal Food Handler certification or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example with positivity and clear communication.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Motivate and guide team to exceed expectations in a clean environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety laws and sanitation regulations.
• Assist General Manager with store policies and procedures.
• Cover all shifts and support stations; supervise and schedule staff.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality and time-off requests.
• Assign duties based on roles to optimize productivity.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
• Train new and existing team members on roles and responsibilities.
