Job summary

Pura Vida Miami Llc is seeking a restaurant supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will model excellent service, coach staff, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

You’ll manage shifts, monitor attendance, and enforce company policies to deliver a consistent guest experience. Ideal candidates bring at least one year of hospitality management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work closing shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service in a hospitality environment.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience in a hospitality environment.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Local/municipal Food Handler certification where required.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus.
• Flexibility to close shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with positive attitude and clear team communication.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues professionally.
• Motivate and guide team to exceed guest expectations in a clean environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety laws and sanitation regulations.
• Assist General Manager with store procedures and policies.
• Cover shifts, schedule and supervise team members.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality and time-off requests.
• Assign duties based on roles to optimize productivity.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Train new and existing team members on roles and responsibilities.
