Job summary

Pura Vida Miami Llc in Florida is seeking a restaurant operations leader to oversee frontline teams and deliver exceptional service.

You will manage schedules, train staff, enforce food safety, and ensure closing procedures while supporting the General Manager. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service in a hospitality environment.
• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in management within hospitality.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Food Handler certification or local equivalent.
• Able to work closing shifts and weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with positivity and clear team communication.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Motivate and supervise shifts; ensure quick, friendly service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Assist the GM with enforcing store procedures and policies.
• Cover all shifts and support stations; organize and schedule staff.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and time-off requests.
• Assign duties based on roles to optimize productivity.
• Supervise tasks and assist to maintain operational efficiency.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Handle employee requests and concerns.
• Train new and existing staff on roles and responsibilities.
• H uphold company policies, health, safety, and employment standards.
• Perform other duties to support store operations.
