Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Strong math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Minimum age 18; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach crew members throughout shifts to meet Brand standards and guest experience.
• Communicate shift priorities and goals to the team.
• Support training and provide coaching and feedback.
• Create a guest-first culture and resolve guest issues.
• Ensure products are prepared according to Brand standards and manage cash over/short.
• Drive sales goals and execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
