Jersey Mike's East Sandy is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations and cultivate an environment where guests and team members thrive. You will lead by example, deliver exceptional service, and ensure food is prepared to Jersey Mike's standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, training new team members, maintaining food safety, and supporting management with opening and closing tasks. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, food service, or customer service.
• Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role.
• Positive attitude with strong work ethic and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts with strong example-setting and friendly service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience and ensure a Sub Above experience.
• Prepare subs per Jersey Mike's standards and maintain food safety.
• Coach and motivate Crew Members and assist with training.
• Support opening/closing duties and manage shift execution.
• Assist with inventory, rotation, and minimizing waste.
