Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, food service, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Leading the team during assigned shifts with positive leadership and exceptional customer service.
• Delivering an outstanding guest experience and Sub Above standards.
• Preparing fresh subs and ensuring food quality.
• Coaching, supporting, and motivating Crew Members.
• Training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe environment.
• Managing shift execution, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Assisting with inventory and reducing food waste.
• Handling customer questions and resolving concerns professionally.
