Jersey Mike's Bluffdale, Utah, is seeking a Shift Leader to guide day-to-day restaurant operations while delivering the high-energy, Sub Above guest experience our brand is known for.

You will lead by example, coach crew members, assist with training, manage opening and closing tasks, and ensure food safety and quality.

Competenze

• Restaurant, food service, or customer service experience required.
• Prior leadership experience preferred; not required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Food safety certification may be required and will be provided through training if applicable.

• Lead the team during assigned shifts by setting the example through positive leadership and exceptional customer service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience while ensuring every customer receives a "Sub Above" experience.
• Preparing fresh, high-quality subs and ensuring food is made according to Jersey Mike's standards.
• Coaching, supporting, and motivating Crew Members throughout each shift.
• Assisting with training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe restaurant environment.
• Monitoring food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Managing shift execution, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Assisting with inventory, product rotation, and minimizing food waste.
• Handling customer questions and resolving concerns professionally.
• Supporting the General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily restaurant operations.
