Job summary

Jersey Mike's Nephi is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily restaurant operations and set a positive example while delivering the Sub Above guest experience. You will support the team and help ensure top service during fast-paced shifts.

You’ll coach crew members, assist with training, maintain food safety, and oversee opening/closing tasks to uphold Jersey Mike's high standards in a friendly, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, food service, or customer service.
• Proven leadership experience or readiness to lead.
• Ability to communicate clearly and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during assigned shifts with positive leadership and excellent customer service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience while ensuring every guest receives a Sub Above experience.
• Prepare fresh subs and ensure foods are made to Jersey Mike's standards.
• Coach and support Crew Members throughout each shift and assist with training new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe environment and monitor food quality and standards.
• Manage shift execution, including opening and closing responsibilities and inventory control.
