Jersey Mike's Brigham City is seeking a Shift Leader to help manage daily operations, lead a team, and deliver the high-quality Sub Above guest experience. You will coach Crew Members, participate in training, and ensure food safety and cleanliness across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, food service, or customer service roles.
• Leadership potential or prior leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to coach and develop others in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts with positive leadership and outstanding customer service.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience ensuring a "Sub Above" standard.
• Prepare fresh subs and ensure adherence to Jersey Mike's quality.
• Coach and motivate crew members; assist with training and onboarding.
• Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe environment; monitor standards.
• Manage shift execution including opening/closing tasks.
• Assist with inventory, rotations, and minimizing waste.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations.
