Jersey Mike's in Centerville, UT seeks a Shift Leader to guide daily restaurant operations while ensuring an exceptional guest and team experience. You will lead by example, coach crew members, and uphold Jersey Mike's standards for quality, cleanliness, and safety.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and ownership of shift execution, with opportunities for growth into supervisory positions within a fast-paced, community-focused sub shop.
