Jersey Mike's in Orem, UT is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily operations and deliver a great guest experience. You will lead the team, coach Crew Members, and ensure food safety and quality while upholding Jersey Mike's standards.

You will support training, manage shift execution, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced work environment with growth opportunities within the company.

• Manage shift execution, including opening and closing tasks; assist with inventory and waste reduction.
