Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to guide Team Members on shift, coach them to deliver outstanding customer experiences, and uphold Cajun Operating Company policies. You will supervise service, food quality, safety and opening/closing tasks with a focus on consistency and hospitality.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and familiar with ServSafe or willing to obtain certification.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Monitors prompt, friendly, courteous customer service.
• Ensures menu items are prepared and served per standard procedures.
• Oversees assignments and supervises Team Members on shift.
• Assists with coaching, training and development.
• Enforces safety and security policies and procedures.
• Completes shift opening/closing duties and POS closeout.
• Maintains cash handling discipline and accurate paperwork.
• Enters inventory and payroll in the POS system.
