Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to guide store operations in partnership with the General Manager. You will ensure the team understands goals, products, cleanliness, new directives, and guest connections during shifts.

Responsibilities include leading shifts for team engagement, coaching on SOPs and quality standards, training staff, and handling administrative tasks to keep the store running smoothly. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts that focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction with a commitment to Make Fun Happen.
• Demonstrates mastery of the DOING of Team Member with enthusiasm and excellence.
• Takes ownership for the shift and communicates objectives; coaches and gives feedback.
• Trains team on responsibilities, product knowledge and promotions.
• Performs administrative tasks including deposits, inventory, store orders, and other duties as assigned.
• Develops Team Members and supports career growth.
