Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to guide store operations in partnership with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. You will ensure the team understands goals, product standards, cleanliness and guest connections during each shift.

You will coach and develop Team Members, delegate tasks, maintain SOPs and inventory accuracy, and lead by example to deliver friendly, efficient service and a welcoming community hub for guests.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience (or proper Caribou Coffee training)
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, holidays and/or weekends
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with a focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are executed correctly
• Coach and develop team members and provide feedback in real time
• Oversee admin tasks such as deposits, inventory, and store orders
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization and support day-to-day operations
