Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Augusta, GA is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily store operations and support the General Manager. You’ll ensure the team understands goals, keeps the store clean, and delivers a friendly guest experience during your shift.

You will coach Team Members, manage deposits and inventory, train on products and promotions, and uphold SOPs and quality standards. This role requires leadership, reliability and a calm presence under pressure.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required.
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed on shift.
• Coach and develop Team Members; provide feedback on doing and being.
• Train team on roles, product knowledge and promotions.
• Perform administrative tasks: deposits, inventory, orders.
• Communicate effectively on the floor; delegate tasks.
• Own the current and next shift; ensure smooth handoffs.
