Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations in our Georgia location. You will partner with the GM/Asst GM to uphold brand standards, supervise team performance, and ensure a welcoming, well-run coffeehouse experience for every guest.

Strong leadership and guest-service focus are essential. Responsibilities include coaching teammates, managing tasks, and maintaining quality, safety, and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a leadership role or trained for Shift Leader duties.
• Flexible availability to support business and team needs.
• May be asked to work different days/times depending on scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy, focus on brand standards and guest connections.
• Coach and train team members on responsibilities, product knowledge and promotions.
• Ensure operations: quality, cash handling, safety, and store cleanliness.
• Handle administrative tasks like deposits, inventory, and orders.
