Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in running the location and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring high quality food, managing cash, and upholding company policies while driving sales and ensuring cleanliness.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, 1 year of QSR experience, a Serve Safe certification, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Coaching the staff to deliver amazing customer service.
• Producing high quality food.
• Delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience.
• Cash handling; Following the Learning Management System Training Program.
• Developing others for career growth; Enforcing policies and procedures.
• Participating in local and national marketing initiatives; Building sales.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and proper sanitation practices in the establishment.
• Being certified in all four positions of the restaurant.
• Effective communication; Having a sense of urgency.
• Open and close duties; Manage and lead crew of 2 to 5 people.
