Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in running the location. Responsibilities include coaching staff to deliver excellent customer service, producing high-quality food, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness.

You will participate in local store initiatives and are expected to lead by example in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 18+ years old, High School diploma or equivalent, and Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff to deliver amazing customer service.
• Produce high quality food.
• Deliver the Jersey Mike's experience.
• Cash handling and register duties.
• Follow the LMS Training Program.
• Develop others for career growth.
• Enforce policies and procedures.
