Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to coach a small crew and deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience in a fast-paced environment. You’ll ensure high-quality food, accurate cash handling, and adherence to training programs while guiding a team toward growth and excellent guest service.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, approx. 1 year in QSR, Serve Safe certification, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Produce high quality food.
• Deliver Jersey Mike’s experience to guests.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Follow training program and develop others for growth.
• Enforce store policies and procedures.
• Participate in local and national marketing initiatives.
• Build sales and maintain cleanliness/sanitation.
• Open/close the store; manage & lead 2–5 crew members.
